Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services. Please note that we do understand life happens, and we aren’t always in control of our circumstances. Please be mindful of our schedule and let me know ASAP so I can fill in the cancellation. Thank You!

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the artistic nature of this industry we are unable to offer any refunds. We are happy to make any adjustments as long as you notify us within 7 days from your service.

Deposits: A %50 deposit is due at booking for all services. Deposits are non-refundable. We will transfer the deposit once if you reschedule 48 hours in advance. If cancelled with less than 48 hours the deposit will be used to pay the stylist. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Curl Prep: Come with your hair down and dry. In a freshly cleansed, conditioned and properly detangled  wash + go  (naturally curly style). You may use products just avoid oils, butters or non water soluble products. This must be done within 3-5 days prior to appointment. New Clients must detox; Click HERE FOR INSTRUCTIONS : * Extra fees will be applied if necessary. *
