I confirm that I will follow the regimen and the suggested follow-ups of the salon in maintaining and treating my hair.

I understand that I will be a practice model for a student (s) at Harpers Hair Culture, whom will be under the supervision of a licensed professional cosmetologist.

I agree to pay all fees associated with being a practice model at Harpers Hair Culture
