Here at Harpers Hair Culture we exclusively service natural curly hair ranging from loose curls to kinky, coily curls on a diverse clientele. Stylists will be directly working with clients, providing them with prime customer service. Hairstylists will perform services that include, cutting, coloring, shampooing, detangling and styling ON CURLY HAIR. Hairstylists will contribute to team efforts of cleaning and prepping the salon stations. Core duties of our Hairstylists include prepping, shampooing, detangling, conditioning, styling and checking out clients. Harpers Hair Culture Hairstylists will be responsible for ensuring the service experience over exceeds their clients needs. Communication between all employees is expected of this role. Our hairstylists will practice their profession under the core values of Harpers Hair Culture.
