Here at Harpers Hair Culture we exclusively service natural curly hair ranging from loose curls to kinky, coily curls on a diverse clientele. Hairstylist Assistants will be directly assisting all Hairstylists with their clients: this may include prepping, shampooing, detangling, conditioning, styling ON CURLY HAIR and checking clients out. Communication between all employees is expected of this role. Our Hairstylist Assistants are actively on the floor with the Hairstylists, taking notes throughout clients appointment and ensuring they are accurately entered in the system. This position will also assist with maintaining the salon's tidiness and structure. Our Hairstylist Assistants create social media content and fulfill front desk coordinator duties, as needed.
